Hoho Rights, the commercial arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of dynamic new kids production company Hoho Entertainment, has appointed Madrid based marketing company Elastic Rights to handle the TV distribution and Licensing rights for its hit CBeebies series Cloudbabies across Portugal, Greece and Turkey, it was announced today.
Created by award-winning art director Bridget Appleby (Fifi and the Flowertots, Noddy, Enjie Benjie) the 52 x 10’ series made its debut on CBeebies in May 2012.
Cloudbabies is an enchanting CG animated show about four adorable, childlike characters whose job it is to look after the sky and their Sky Friends - Sun, Moon, Rainbow, Fuffa Cloud and Little Star. They live together with Bobo White, a mischievous little imp, in a house on a big fluffy cloud. Every morning, they jump on their Skyhorsies and begin their day’s work – making sure all is running smoothly in the sky. Aimed at pre-schoolers, Cloudbabies teaches children about caring for others and the world around them and introduces them to the wonder of the sky and the concepts of day and night, sun and moon and rainbows and stars.

Cloudbabies is animated by Manchester-based Studio Liddell. Licensees already on board in the UK include Master Toy partner Vivid and Master Publishing partner Penguin Children’s Books.
